Any such content will be removed immediately, the account terminated, and the content reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement. 4. **Copyrighted material you do not have the right to distribute.** Files marked public must be content you own or are legally permitted to redistribute. 5. **Malware, viruses, or harmful code**, or anything designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems. 6. **Content that harasses, threatens, or doxxes** any person, or that contains private information of others without their consent. 7. **Content that infringes the privacy, publicity, or other rights** of any third party. You also may not use the Service to attack, overload, or circumvent the security of the Service, or to resell or abuse storage and bandwidth. ## 4. Your Responsibility for Content You are solely responsible for everything you upload and share. By uploading a file, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload it and, if you make it public, to distribute it. We do not pre-screen content and do not endorse or verify any user-uploaded material. Files you access from other users are downloaded at your own risk. ## 5. Public Files When you mark a file as public, anyone with the link can access and download it without an account. You understand that once a file is public, we cannot control who accesses, copies, or redistributes it. Do not make a file public if you are not comfortable with that. ## 6. Administrator Rights Beefhole Admin reserves the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to: - remove, alter, restrict access to, or disable any file for any reason; - suspend or terminate any account for any reason, including violations of these terms; - limit storage, bandwidth, file sizes, or file types; - cooperate with law enforcement and disclose information where required by law or where we believe it is necessary to protect the Service or others; and - modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time. ## 7.
